- The item must be unused and undamaged, in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Quality-Related Returns & Exchanges
- If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately at guoracing.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will cover the shipping cost and promptly arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
- Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue to help us speed up the process.
3. Conditions for Returns
- All returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage not caused by the shipping process or if it is not in a resalable condition.
