  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Quality-Related Returns & Exchanges

• We will cover the shipping cost and promptly arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
• Please provide clear photos or videos of the issue to help us speed up the process.

3. Conditions for Returns

• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage not caused by the shipping process or if it is not in a resalable condition.
